Our paper stock is as varied as your needs. We maintain inventories in a basis weight range from 30# newsprint to 60# white offset in varying widths so we can deliver the finished product you order.
When it comes to printing, our pressroom equipment leaves nothing to chance. We maintain new Goss community units which give us the ability to produce up to 96 tabloid pages with 48 pages of full process color. The press is equipped with 3 folders, quarter folders, ribbon decks and gluers. We can glue and trim booklets in-line or stitch and trim off-line. All color towers are equipped with automated computer controlled inking and Quad Tech Auto Register closed loop system.
To put the finishing touch on your project, we have equipped our post-press with three automatic inserting machines capable of inserting up to seven pieces into one, six stations to stitch and trim your publication, two Cheshire mailing machines, a Videojet Ink Jet and Tabber system, shrink wrapping station for individual bundles, and a post-it note applicator.
